"Do you think you're doing a good job at maintaining your relationships?"
I conducted a survey with 30 working professionals and 63% of them don't think they're very good at maintaining their relationships.

Understanding the problem
Manage, Organize, and Maintain relationships
I conducted usability tests to gain qualitative research to see if features like goal setting, reports tracking, and week-long loops made sense in helping our users remember to reach out to their friends and family.
I focused solely on providing the user with ways to track their relationship goals – utilizing gamification to give the user a combined sense of reward and motivation.
As of 2018, Android restricted Sidekick's ability to access to user's call logs.
Because automatic call logs were one of our integral features, I had to pivot from automatic checkmarks on the dashboard and figure out another solution to tracking the users’ calls.
